I have been working out HARD now for a couple of weeks. I think it’s paying off. I played basketball yesterday with my cousins, and realized I was stronger, my endurance lasted longer and my jump went higher than compared to last month. Even though my trip is still a little far, I'm ready for Philippines!
When you really exercise and stay on a good diet, it really has great benefits in life. You can feel more energetic, be more healthy , and also, you can feel like you can take on other challenges in life! I truly recommend to people to exercise and eat healthy. It might seem hard at first (especially if it’s your first time or it’s been awhile) but when you keep going at it and see its results, you will be grateful you did!
I would like to encourage you to work on incorporating helpful hints to your reader regarding his or her efforts also to become stronger. Right now your blog posts found a little bit like a diary and a little less like a blog. So you could give suggestions. For example, you been working out hard for two weeks, what about those moments when you don't feel like working out? Are there any pieces of advice that you could give your fellow readers about how to get through that kind of moment? how often should we wait before we start seeing results? Consider addressing these type of things as well as your own thoughts on your own efforts.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you can see the results and I bet working out is getting easier too. Even though your trip is far away I would stay consistent. When I went to Nepal last year I hurt my leg and got a girlfriend before I left so my diet went down the drain. It was really painful the first week in the mountains. You are motivation for me to start eating better and working out even more. I can almost feel your joy in being healthy and in good shape, keep it up!
