I already started my work out plans for this week. I started working on my upper body( arms and chest) last monday and tuesday. Wednesday I did rest and thursday and friday is lower body( legs, & abs) and sat is rest and running & basketball practice (to work on my lungs) is this sunday.
I'm pretty sure I can do it. I have been working out already for quite a while now. It's just, this time, I have a goal to reach. My goal which is:
whatever results I have this week I will improve on it for the next weeks.
After about a year and a half, and 70 pounds later, I have finally made the effort to get back into shape. After I got out of the military, all excersising went out the window and was replaced by drinking. I have set my goals, but they are more along the lines of weight loss, not weight lifting, atleast not right now. I hope you have success in meeting your goals. Good Luck
